Yes, we do allow pets; 2 pets per apartment. Residents must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $350 upon initial move-in. Pet rent for dogs is $50 per month and $35 per month for cats. There is a $25 annual Pet Screening fee which allows The Vicinity to be more breed-inclusive. Certain breeds may require a Canine Behavior Assessment prior to move-in. There are no weight limits. Yes! We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.

Residents are responsible for the cost of all utilities. Utilities are billed to the resident directly from the property along with their rent. Gas and electric are individually metered. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants.) Internet is not included. The resident must pay the provider directly for services.
