What is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted with application fee.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. There is a security deposit of $400
Is there an administration fee?
Yes. There is a administration fee of $100.
Is parking available?
Climate controlled underground parking is available for $190 per month.
Is storage available?
Residential storage is available for $60/unit per month.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we do allow pets; 2 pets per apartment. Residents must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $350 upon initial move-in. Pet rent for dogs is $50 per month and $35 per month for cats. There is a $25 annual Pet Screening fee which allows The Vicinity to be more breed-inclusive. Certain breeds may require a Canine Behavior Assessment prior to move-in. There are no weight limits. What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month by: – Mail – Flexible options through the Online Resident Portal – Rent drop box
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes! We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6-15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for the cost of all utilities. Utilities are billed to the resident directly from the property along with their rent. Gas and electric are individually metered. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants.) Internet is not included. The resident must pay the provider directly for services.
