If you’re unable to visit us, and wish to submit an application by mail or e-mail please follow the directions below.

Income Restricted applications must be submitted in person, at the office. Please contact a Vicinity team member to schedule an appointment.

There is a one time application fee of $50 for each adult (age 18 and older).

This fee must be included in the form of a Money Order or Cashier’s Check and is non-refundable, along with copies of the two most recent paystubs for each adult member to verify income.
